Two UC Berkeley Students looking for Short-Term Housing, ~$2000/month (berkeley)

We are looking for an apartment or room within 15 minutes walking or by bus to campus. Our total budget is about $2000/month (so $1000/month per person) with some wiggle room. We would strongly prefer a 9-month lease from 8/30/25-5/30/26, as we both skip town over summer break. I drive a car so I would require either street parking to be available by the city or private parking on the premises. Furnishings in the units are optional, except for a fridge. The unit must come with a fridge or shared kitchen.
I will not pay application fees or credit background checks. We are both barely 20 years old and do not have credit histories. We are both supported by a generous financial aid package and will comfortable be able to afford the given total budget of $2000/month. I also will not pay a deposit until keys are handed over in person.
If you have any listings which meet these criteria we will be more than happy to rent from you. Please send your monthly rent and fees, address, rent term, and many pictures of the unit and rooms. I cannot come in person because I am currently out of the country but I can take video calls. I can sign an online lease, but if not my friend Jose will be able to sign in-person on the weekend of 8/30/25-8/31/25 when he is in town. I look forward to hearing from you!
