Hello, I'm a full-time, responsible employed older male, seeking a long-term rental. I'm looking for a private studio or a one-bedroom apartment where I can have my own space. For years, I've rented a room and have always been a respectful, quiet, and reliable tenant. I'm looking forward to having my own private kitchen and bathroom, as well as control over the thermostat so I can feel comfortable on MY terms and not a landlord or a roommate.
I have a stable income and a great rental history. While I don't have a pet right now, I'm hoping to find a place that is pet-friendly and would allow a well-behaved dog or cat just in case I would like to add a companion (not a deal breaker if not, just a hope..)
