I'm a young, gainfully employed widow looking for a large studio (min. 500sqft) or 1 bedroom for me and my large dog (standard poodle).
The ideal location is:
1. Spacious floor plan (square footage doesn't matter as much as the arrangement of the space eg I will take an open plan studio over a 1 bedroom that feels cramped)
2. Close to BART or public transit bus routes
3. Max $2,000
4. Good neighbours and building security
5. Responsive maintenance
Nice to have but not necessary:
1. In-unit laundry
2. Dishwasher
