Seeking mid-term (2-4 mo.) N. Berkeley rental

Hi All. I'm a clean, quiet, conscientious, early-retired person, financially secure, excellent credit, non-smoker, no pets. For the past few years I've been traveling off and on, returning to Berkeley for rentals in between. After traveling for the past half year I'm ready for a break, so currently seeking a mid-term (2-4 months) rental in the N. Berkeley Area. I'll also consider locations in Albany, El Cerrito (preferably south of the Plaza and east of San Pablo) or Kensington

I'd prefer an unfurnished or semi-furnished space, but we can discuss. Seeking a studio or one bedroom apartment, no shared spaces, please. Reasonable rent level for the area, please.

Seeking a clean, quiet, private space. Strong preference for windows bringing some direct sunlight and air circulation into the unit, full sized (preferably house sized) fridge/freezer, on-site laundry, and enough available floor space to comfortably accommodate a yoga regimen.

If you have an apartment available that you think would work for me I would love to hear from you. Please send me a description of the space and amenities, location, rent level, and dates the unit will be available. Photos would be very helpful. If your rental looks like a possibility for me I will get back to you shortly.
