Hello! My partner and I are newly relocated to the area for our jobs. He will be starting at Lawrence Berkeley, and I work for the State of CA based in San Francisco. We are moving from Santa Barbara where we lived in a beautiful studio above the garage of our landlords. We are looking for a place to live in the Berkeley area.

We are hoping to find an apartment or ADU that has been well-kept and relatively recently built. It's important to us that there has not been any unresolved water damage in the dwelling. We would prefer the unit to not be furnished, or lightly furnished, as we just purchased a bed.
