Hello I'm a single mom (41) with 1 child (13M) with no immediate family or the father in the picture to ask for help. We are looking to rent a studio, in-law unit or ADU with parking (close by street parking ok) for 1 car between $1200-$1400. I just got hired for Fremont Unified School District. We are looking for long term rental in North San Jose, Milpitas or Fremont. I can pay upfront first month rent and deposit. We are very clean, quiet and keep to outside so we won't bother you. We respect others and their property. We have no pets. I don't smoke, drink or do drugs. I have a clean background and good credit. I don't have much rental history though because we've been living in and out of our car, shelters and hotels.
