Looking to move asap. Looking for a 1 bedroom in the $1500-$2000 range. Pet friendly. 1 AA Male mid 30's. Upfront my credit isn't great and not Looking to keep paying application fees to be denied because of it. I do rideshare full-time and average around $5500 a month. I've only had one other place myself that im in now for the last 4-5 years. I have first month and deposit ready. And understand my low credit score brings second thoughts willing to add extra on the deposit.
