Holistic chef guy here, looking for a bigger place for my food science craft to help heal this world of ours. I have extensive experience in the healing arts that I channel into food creations. I’m fairly metaphysically oriented and love studying multiple forms of astrological analysis, numerology, energy healing and worked for a good number of years as a massage therapist. I’m way into doing Tai Chi these days as well as multiple sets of Chi Kung, just to let you how I approach life. Somewhat in the semi-retired realm, though I have a calling to add my knowledge and care to the collective consciousness and keep raising the vibration through my culinary acumen and holistic approach. I’m also into playing my didgeridoos, going to Harbin Hot Springs, meditating, working out in my home gym or one of the two gyms I am a member of.

I have a recent credit score of 820 which apparently puts me in the top 1 or 2 percentiles. I’m thinking somewhere between $2500-$5000 (give or take) for rent, should be in the ballpark range of what would probably get things manifested. Though buying a place is a consideration too. There’s pluses and minuses to everything of course. I’m open to many options.

I’m looking for multiple bedrooms, multiple bath, ideally private and secluded. My current place has quite a few stairs/steps to navigate and would prefer few if any stairs in my next setup. 🙏

Berkeley and the surrounding area would all be workable, ya know, El Cerrito, El Sobrante, Emeryville, Oakland and even further out depending on the setup/Feng Shui. I’m interested to see what you’re offering.
