General Dentist Office looking for our superstar front office person to join our superstar dental office!
Requirements:
- Previous dental office front desk experience
- insurance claims knowledge
- treatment plan entry into software and presentation to patient
- outgoing and friendly
- team player and willing to help where needed
- punctual and responsible
Not required, but preferred:
- Eaglesoft experience or similar dental software (We use Eaglesoft, Weave for phone and Vyne for insurance claims)
- knowledge in posting and sending claims, how to anticipate what triggers rejections, and how to handle rejected claims
- training or experience in how to present cases
- knowledge in ideal/optimal scheduling
- how to prioritize and manage tasks
If you have all requirements, 5+ years of experience, and most of the preferred requirements, salary is very competitive.
If you have the requirements, but need time to learn the other items, we can have frequent reviews to make sure your compensation reflects your improving skillset.
Current office open 4 days/week (Mon-Thur one week, then Tue-Fri next week, and back to Mon-Thur, Tue-Fri in that alternating pattern) but planning to add additional day to 5 days in the new year, which will be employee's choice to take on or not at that point.
