We are seeking an experienced Patient Care Coordinator/ Medical Assistant/Phlebotomist to join our team in San Ramon. We are a small boutique style medical practice and require outstanding client services. The ideal team member would be able to cross train to assist in both the front office and the back office as necessary, although we would match your preference as much as possible.


As the Patient Care Coordinator / or Client Services Manager, you will be the first point of contact for our clients who expect and demand outstanding customer service and tactful, courteous and timely communication skills critical for customer satisfaction and loyalty. A successful candidate shall have excellent time management skills, as well as the ability to manage office flow, address a multiple of client concerns and priorities while maintaining a reassuring and calm demeanor.

Responsibilities include:

Greet and assist patients by phone or in person
Explain the multitude of services/ procedures we offer
Schedule new patient appointments
Explain various procedures available
Obtain client demographics
Accurate Data Entry
Obtain payments
Call to follow up on client progress
Call to schedule follow up appointments
Coordinate and schedule lab testing
Medical Assistant experience highly desirable
Phlebotomy experience highly desirable
LVN or RN experience a plus
Ensure all results are received in a timely manner
Ensure all clients follow up in a timely manner
Answer phone calls
Triage patients phone calls
