If you are not familiar with a Neti Pot, they are used for cleaning out the nasal passages and sinuses using warm, isotonic salt water. From personal experience, these are wonderful, and really clear you up.
My father-in-law was a yoga instructor, but has since retired and gave me his remaining stock of these.
