This is the U-Step II walker bought new ~1.5 years ago and used very lightly (probably less than 15 min a day) for a couple of months. We used it exclusively indoors. We don't have a use for it anymore.
The model is specifically designed for people with neurological mobility conditions like Parkinson's, ALS, MS, stroke. The stability it provided was impressive, unlike other cheap walkers. It has reverse breaking mechanism (you press the brake levers to release the brake when you want to walk). The walker has a tight turning radius (can turn in a 29-inch area), which is significantly smaller than most standard walkers. Also, the rolling speed can be adjusted for different resistance to prevent the walker from moving too fast.
