Maple Tree - 8' - $100 (danville / san ramon)

Moved to new area in San Ramon, and the builder planted this Maple Tree in the yard.
I do not want to maintain this tree in my small yard so I dug it up and is ready for a new home.

The tree is standing over 8' tall and in a 15 gallon pot.
A tree this size would easily be over $200+, but asking for $100 (to help fund my other gardening projects).

Updated a couple of new pictures 4/25 to show the tree is growing well .

Sorry no delivery as I only have a small Prius. Please come pick up.
