Contemporary, modern and compact sofa that is perfect for apartments or small spaces. Sturdy loveseat that is comfortable and has durable fabric. In excellent, almost new condition. We kept it in the guest living room where it was rarely used. Wife changed her mind on the design layout so thus we are selling. Non smoking, no kids, and no pets.
