The overall condition is FAIR-GOOD. Used vintage condition showing moderate wear from age, use, and storage. Structurally sound. All doors open, close, and latch appropriately with only occasional (and minimal) rubbing. Cosmetically, there is staining (ring wear and some drip marks) on the top surface, gouges and scratch marks on the legs, wood indentation scratches on the sides, and some minor discoloration throughout. Shows well. Photos reveal more condition details. Clean.
