You need to be able to load onto a vehicle yourself. It's only 15 feet from the street and no stairs, but very heavy for one person to lift and I need crutches just to lift myself right now so can't help.

wood base is sturdy but has cosmetic damage that's very noticable in person. Marble has some knicks along edge, and chipped on the underside of one corner (see pics).

I'm sometimes away from my phone 1-2 hours at a time during business hours, but will return messages or texts within a couple hours. I'm usually available for pickup 9am to sunset. off Arlington blvd just north of El Cerrito.
