We have to make room for growing children and have decided to re-home our futon sofa/bed that has served us well for many years and remains in very good condition. This futon has always been in a non-smoking home and has some normal wear and tear. The mattress is tied up for easier transport. Frame is heavy as it is solid oak. Pick-up required.
