Everything works perfectly.
The chair is extremely comfortable, and the only reason I'm getting rid of it is because I have a boney butt, and I like a chair with a bit more cushion. I will miss everything else about it, like how good my posture is while sitting in it, how smooth the casters roll...like butter, the high back, all the adjustments, and of course the amazing arm rests...best in class.
It's a big chair, and it feels like a throne. If you like sitting cross-legged, this chair is for you. Tons of rump real estate. But...there are a few issues, all cosmetic. A couple of stains on the main cushion, a few dings and scrapes on the plastic, and some teeth marks on one handle that my dog nibbled on once... hardly noticeable.
Overall the chair is A-/B+ and has been priced accordingly. Price is firm. No low ballers, you will be ignored. Price is fair for a lightly used $1000 chair, that only suffers from some minor cosmetic issues.
