Beautiful, comfy and well designed with a linen blend fabric & washable cushion covers — It is in fair condition with some gentle discoloration and water stains (see photos) from the previous owners young kids. Stains should come out with a professional clean. It is 2 years old & from a pet free/smoke free home. Retails for $1,599 new.

I live up two flights of stairs so you will need to either hire a Lugg (the app — they’re fabulous & easy to use) or bring at least 2 able bodied folks to carry it down!
