This was bought over a decade ago for $900, used in a house of non-smoking grad students for 4 years, then after that hardly used at all, it just sat there with a cover over it in the corner of the living room for years.
The couch is extremely comfortable, soft microfiber and in perfect usable condition (no sags, structure 100% solid, no smells, no defects), but could use a cleaning (some covers removable, but not cover on main body). It was once a cream color, but now a bit stained, otherwise fine.
Pick it up today for free! Whoever gets it out first gets it :)
