Bed is designed to use a Queen Boxspring, what Ikea calls a Foundation.
Headboard is about 46.75 Inches tall, Footboard is about 25.5 Inches Tall, and is 65 inches wide at widest point
Bed has plenty of below-bed space to slide boxes and stuff beneath bed for out of sight storage
The included Boxspring is an Ikea Sultan Atna - made to pair perfectly with the Hemnes Bed.
This boxspring was made in the USA, it is therefore super high quality, too bad Ikea does not sell this one anymore.
The Top of the Footboard has some minor scratches at each end - see pics.
Other than the Footboard scratches, it is in excellent condition
This solid wood boxspring is wrapped in thick canvas, it weighs about 100 Pounds.
Standard USA Queen Bed dimensions for both Bed and Boxspring.
Any thickness and style of Queen mattress will look great on this bed.
Price includes delivery within 50 miles of ZIP Code 94568, you will need to have 2 strong and able bodied people available to help me unload it to your curb. I will not help carry it into your place, curbside or driveway unload only.
