*Condition is good, not perfect, or new, there is abrasions to the arms corners. Some repairs to the upholstery seating were done- and the lower back seating area has an abrasion (see pictures).
We had a black vinyl tape covering these issues, but removed the tape to show the abrasions in photos.
The ottoman is in very good condition.
