This fine furniture is a 7-drawer medium size desk, measuring 46.5" long, 19" deep, and 30" high. Could also be used as a makeup vanity. This piece was made by Conant Ball Furniture Makers in the mid to late 1800's.

It is solid wood (no veneer) put together with the old-fashioned highest quality construction: all joints glued, blocked, with some finger jointed. Interior bottoms on all drawers. Pulls are solid antique bronze. Does not need refinishing, is in very good condition.
