It’s in good condition. It’s a very heavy sofa and very comfortable. Linen slip cover is in good condition and can be washed.
It’s 7’ long and 37” deep.
Must pick up and bring someone strong to help you. Requires two strong people to carry out. The two professional movers who moved it in commented on how heavy it was.
