This soft brown loveseat is super comfortable and nice and compact. Great for a small space. I've had it one and have years and bought it new. The only damage is cat claw scratches to the sides near the bottom. New price was $650. Selling for $190.

It's on the 3rd floor of an apartment building, no elevator. Buyer must carry it out.
