This is a well-designed, high-quality piece that easily converts from a sofa into a full sleeping surface. It’s been a great piece for guests and everyday use.
Condition:
• Recently professionally cleaned
• Overall good condition structurally
• Fabric shows some wear and light staining from normal use (we had a dog), but presents much better after cleaning
• Couch back is in better condition than the mattress section
