Selling our beloved Restoration Hardware Maxwell 3-cushion leather sofa in Berkshire Cocoa, which retails for $6,900. It's got a heavily distressed aesthetic (we bought it from our friend who has a dog who roughed it up) that we love and gives it tons of patina and lived-in character.

Seats are really deep and perfect for cuddling (fits two people lying down!) and movie nights. Despite the cosmetic wear, the bones are fantastic and the sofa is structurally solid and of heirloom quality, with the 8-way hand-tied spring suspension RH is known for.
