The dual action Troodon stands as one of Microtech's flagship out the front (OTF) automatics. Built with a slim profile and outstanding ergonomics, the Troodon has been delighting since 2006 with its sophisticated internal mechanisms and snappy action. This model features a blue anodized handle complete with standard bead blasted hardware and an integrated glass breaker function along with a dagger style blade in a satin finish. Made in the USA.
The word Troodon (TROH-o-don) was actually named after a bird-like dinosaur from the Campanian age. The literal translation in Greek is "wounding tooth" which represents the sharp and serrated nature of the Troodon's dental structure.
