A complete home brew Spike Brewing system including 15 g HLT, brew kettle and mash tun. This system is powered by two propane burners and includes two pumps. The system uses Spike Brewing’s HERMS system that can provide a high level of control over the mash temperature for all grain brewing. I have had the system for about ten years and it works great with very high efficiency mashing (consistently 85% + conversion). It is designed for use with a single propane tank but I converted to one tank per burner for better temperature controls. This system has quick connects for all of the hoses and pumps and makes brewing a 10 gallon batch very easy and fun.
