Hi, I'm selling my gas Radiant Heating System. I paid $3600 for new system and only used it for 3 years. My old system was 45 years old. My pipes started leaking after an earthquake, so I installed central heating system. I have all the instalation manuals included! I marked all connections for easy instalation. Please feel free to ask any questions. I'm not sure of BTU's but I'm sure it's in one of these manuals.My home has 3 bedrooms 2 baths. I live in El Sobrante, but the houses in Leroy Heights have the same floor plan.
I want $250 obo. cash only ... I will deliver locally for FREE.
