Like new. Batteries now need replacement which is why the price is low. They are 500.00. Horn, lights, controls all work. Hydraulic tilt and adjustable hydraulic feet rest. Digital display on controller. Weighs a little over 300 pounds. Has a seat belt. It's adjustable in many ways. The seat is about 20" wide and 18" deep. The backrest is about 20" wide and 32" tall to the top of the headrest. Adjustable. The front wheelbase is about 25" wide.
