For sale is my Lunt 152 (6") F7.9 Apochromatic refractor. It's a beautiful large refractor scope (1200mm fl) in excellent condition, with a great focuser, sharp images and wonderful planetary views. It's surprisingly light given its size. I am selling it because I plan to downsize my equipment to prepare for future travel. I am just selling the scope, NOT the mount and tripod shown in the picture.
It comes with a losmandy plate and stellarvue 2" diagonal. I have the hard transport case, as well as a soft padded case I bought for it but never used. If interested in some eyepieces for it, let's talk - I have various 2" and 1 1/4" eyepieces and I could bundle a high, a medium and a low mag eyepiece for additional cost.
Imperfections: some minor scratches on the dewcap, and a couple of small circular marks on the body (see picture), which I suspect was caused by excessive tightness of the tube rings. Some dried goo from the previous owner attaching a Telrad finder with sticky substance (should be easy to remove with goof off). The optics are clean, with just a bit of dust at the front.
This may be obvious, but to avoid confusion since it's Lunt-branded, this is not a solar scope. The scope is actually an APM design, sold by Lunt. For a review of the scope and some specs, see these links:
