Custom built large coop painted to look like a barn, well constructed with redwood frame and supports. Metal slanted roof and rainproof. Lightly used for less than a year, handled 4 chickens easily and could handle up to 6-8.
Main Coop Box Dimensions are 45'W x 60"H x 70L' (66"W x 88H" x 86L" at widest-highest-longest points: roof dimensions), coop is elevated 15" off ground (to keep out rodents).
Has a latching front entry with ramp, 2 roosting bars, 3 windows with wire mesh (1 very large) all closeable and lockable to keep out predators.
2 nesting boxes with a latching lid and easy outside of coop access for gathering eggs. Has a PVC feeding system and watering system.
Very easy to clean. Big latching door on one side with pullout solid floor (designed for deep litter method) so no stress on chickens feet.
Breaks down into two pieces with a removable roof to assist in cleaning. Delivery available (to your driveway) - Hwy 680 / 24 corridor - Pleasanton to Martinez to Orinda area.
