The MOD position performs a variety of duties to ensure that the taproom is operating effectively and efficiently for taproom service to our consumers. The position also performs duties including, but not limited to, taproom management, equipment management, labor controls and staff guidance. This position reports to the GM.
Responsibilities and Duties:
Taproom Management
Execute high level training using our Taproom Training program materialTaproom Training Program must be completed prior to scheduling a staff member into a role/shift
Provide constructive feedback of all taproom performance to GM
Ensure high level service at all times
Present inspiring and professional leadership skills
Control labor percentage to meet taproom target
Perform Taproom Self Audits
Work with taproom management team to comply with SOPs
Manage roles of taproom associates
Mediate misbehavior and/or complaints with elegance
Provide positive leadership and coaching to staff
Keep and update regular inventories
Ensure organization and cleanliness of taproom
Provide ample opportunities for all Taproom Associates to review and complete weekly educational material
Handle cash and maintain tip pool calculations with accuracy
Taproom Equipment Management
Communicate any repairs needed to GM and regional management team
Maintain Crowler machine according to SOPs
Troubleshoot Crowler machine malfunctions
Requirements:
Strong organizational and communication skills
Flexible and willing to take on and handle a wide range of tasks
Ability to use logic and reasoning to identify solutions to problems
A positive attitude and ability to work in a collaborative team environment and build strong relationships with your co-workers
