Pizzeria Violetta is a family run restaurant featuring freshly made, wholesome food and drink. We offer pizzas by the slice or whole, salads, sandwiches, baked goods, beer, wine, sodas, juices, coffee and tea. We named the restaurant after our daughter and we honor her generation’s future with a commitment to do what we can to lower our impact on the environment and to support others who do the same. All of our products are handmade, locally sourced and organic when possible. Our packaging is compostable and our cleaning supplies are environmentally friendly.
We are currently hiring for the position of Bartender/Cashier. This position is the face of our restaurant. They will welcome all of our guests, explain the menu, process the payment and provide the meals. We have a small bar offering Beer, Wine and Premixed Cocktails. In addition, they will keep the public space clean, stocked, organized and welcoming.
Minimum Training, Knowledge, of Skills –
• Previous Bartending, Customer service and/or retail experience
• Work comfortably with a tablet to process transactions on an app-based point of sale system.
• Ability to add, subtract and count cash
• Must be able to learn and retain product information in order to answer customer questions concerning our offerings
