Do you thrive in a fast-paced kitchen, love leading a team, and can plate up quality with consistency? One of our East Bay taverns is looking for a hands-on Kitchen Manager/Chef who’s ready to own the back-of-house and inspire our crew.
What You’ll Do:
Lead and mentor our cooks + dish crew with fairness and respect
Keep standards high for taste, presentation, and food safety
Manage ordering, inventory, and costs like a boss
Work side-by-side with your team during service
Collaborate with our GM to keep the vision strong and energy positive
What We’re Looking For:
At least 5 years kitchen management experience
Food Manager Certification (or ability to get one quick)
Strong leadership & communication skills
A palate for great food + a passion for developing others
Someone who stays cool under pressure (literally and figuratively)
The Details:
Full-Time, 50+ hours/week
