Full-Time Experienced Server – 5 to 6 Dinner Shifts Weekly

Marica Restaurant is a long-standing, family-owned casual fine dining restaurant in Oakland. We are seeking one strong, experienced server to join our team full-time. This position is for someone who is dependable, professional, and committed to maintaining high service standards in a busy dinner-only environment.

What This Role Requires:

• Minimum 2 years of experience in a fast-paced restaurant
• Background in casual fine dining preferred, including multi-course service and proper coursing
• Comfortable with wine presentation, cocktail knowledge, and guiding guests through the menu
• Strong multitasking skills, including answering phones, managing reservations, running food, bussing, and supporting teammates
• Ability to maintain composure and organization during busy dinner service
• Experience using POS systems, Reservation Systems, Square preferred
• Experience with reservation platforms, Yelp Reservations preferred
• Valid Food Handler’s Certificate or ability to obtain immediately
• Availability for 5 to 6 dinner shifts per week, including weekends

• Dinner service only, no lunch shifts
• Approximately 4:30pm to 9:30pm or 10:00pm
• Consistent weekly schedule

• $17.34 per hour plus tips
• Stable hours for the right candidate
