Little Bird is looking for a bar back (s), 5 shifts a week. Must be team player. Fast learner. Can lift a minimum of 50lbs. Can carry 50lbs up and down stairs if necessary. Be punctual, eager to learn. Must want to learn and strive to become a bartender (not guaranteed, and not considered for a minimum of a year). Personality is huge, along with integrity and enthusiasm. Must be comfortable working late into the night. Shifts are 7 - 8 hrs and end at 2am or 3am. Experience is not required but good, solid references of current and past employers are. Experience is a plus though. Along with Spanish speaking and non smoking.
