About the Job:
We’re a high-volume neighborhood bar with a rooftop deck, outdoor patio, and event space. You’ll be the main person responsible for keeping the bar clean, stocked, and efficient during service. If you move fast, stay organized, and enjoy the bar industry, this is a great fit.
Responsibilities:
• Prep, batch, and stock bar and kitchen items.
• Clean and maintain guest area and tables. Bussing and wiping tables. Making sure tables and chairs stay organized.
• Wash and restock glassware, bar tools, and utensils throughout the shift
• Keep bar stations, sinks, and prep areas clean and organized
• Maintain fully stocked wells (beer, liquor, mixers, garnishes, etc.)
• Rotate and label all inventory (FIFO system)
• Empty and sort trash, recycling, and compost
• Sweep and mop floors, stairs, and storage areas as needed
• Assist bartenders with ice, keg changes, and supplies
• Clean and maintain the dishwasher, mop sink, and prep zones
• Help with setup and breakdown for events and busy nights
Requirements:
• Bar or restaurant experience required (barback or dishwashing preferred)
• Reliable, punctual, and able to work nights and weekends
• Able to lift 50 lbs (kegs, cases, supplies)
• Strong attention to detail and cleanliness
• Team-player attitude and good communication
• Must be 21+ and authorized to work in the U.S.
