-Create, prepare and assemble all food items in the kitchen
-Manage sourcing and ordering of kitchen supplies and ingredients based on menu budget
-Work cooperatively with Chef ordering supplies and food
-Demonstrate knowledge and training of safe food handling to staff and meal preparation
-Manage kitchen staff
-Consistently maintain high cleanliness of work and storage areas
-Support the entire team in keeping the kitchen running seamlessly
-The cook will wear many hats and not just spend time in the kitchen
-Participating on trainings and educational opportunities
-This is a full time position
