Seven Hills Baking Co. is hiring full time bread bakers for early morning shifts. We are located in the Castro Valley Marketplace in Castro Valley, and have over 20 years of baking experience making true artisan breads using natural leavening and slow fermentation. We are quickly gaining a reputation for having some of the best breads and pastries in the bay area. We make everything by hand using only the best natural and organic ingredients. If you are a passionate career baker, this position is definitely for you. You must be dependable and show up to work with a great attitude and ready to contribute. Minimum of one year professional baking or restaurant experience is preferred. Duties include, mixing, shaping and baking a variety of yeasted and naturally leavened breads. You must have a willingness to learn and a lot of hustle. Shifts begin at 2am Wednesday through Sunday. We offer health and dental benefits after 60 days and 401K after 1 year.
