Pay: Hourly $20~$25 to start, depends on experience , speed, and how much you can pickup for our current tasks

A full service restaurant, chef-driven menu and have rotating menu and seasonal menu too.
We are a critically acclaimed restaurant establishment has been on a lot of local list, KQED, New York Time, SG chronicle too.
We are looking for prep cook can help us to handle more daytime prepping for our expanded menu.
We hope you can be like us - love food, love sesonal ingredients, care about precision and care about nuances of details
and our kitchen is beautiful with skylight, a very delightful kitchen to work within.

Qualification for you :
1. Professional Kitchen experience required
2. Need to prep with certain speed and efficiency in mind - the speed and chopping and slicing is basic requirement.
3. Full Service Restaurant experience required (if just processing food without the awareness of any details that wont work)
4. Your daily tasks including:
- Knife works: Slicing, Dicing Chopping Veggies and meats
- Hot line cooking: Frying ingredients with deep fryer, Sautee ingredients to the right level...etc
- making sauce, assist fermentation ,cooking rice
5. You have nature attention to details and always check with chef when in doubt, because you know all the details matter to the final result.
6. You are a team player! love to work in a kitchen with no drama and everyone care about details.

The interview process:
Once selected for interview, we will reach out to you for interview
after interview, we will proceed to trail shift (Stag).
Stag will be 2~4 shifts and it will be all PAID stag shift
after stag we will make decision

and BTW... if you are very experienced and wish to grow here, yes we do have more senior position with higher pay structure for you to grow, please let us know your goal when we interview you.
