We are looking to hire an experienced prep cook to join our team of our popular 88 BaoBao store in Concord. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in food service.
Compensation
• $19-22/hr based on experience

Duties and Responsibilities:
• Assist Cook in preparation of meals. This includes chopping of vegetables, making sauces, and preparing ingredients
• Coordinate the serving of food, and in cleaning up kitchen and dining areas
• Assist in portion control procedures
• Store kitchen supplies and ensure return of kitchen equipment to proper location
• Inform General Manager or Cook when supplies are needed
• Inform General Manager of any problems or safety issues encountered in meal preparation, service, or related areas
• Position requires the ability to report to work on time and maintain a good attendance record on a regular basis
• Work well with others as a team player
• Communicate professionally, clearly and effectively with team and guests
• Perform other tasks that may be required by General Manager and cook
Requirements:
• Experience in large quantity cooking, proper food handling, food preparation and serving and clean up
• Food Handlers Card required
• Ability to accurately follow instructions
• Ability to effectively and clearly communicate with team and guests
• Ability to properly operate and maintain equipment for a commercial kitchen
• Attend any job related meetings or trainings
