without having to travel all the way to SF 😀 Easy commute from Oakland!
We have one location in SF and a larger kitchen & pastry shop in Concord.
Our focus is on retail and wholesale production, delivering throughout the bay area.
Entry level to experienced bread baker/pastry cook.
French/ American/ Asian influenced pastry & bread.
We make fresh breads (baguettes, sourdoughs, ciabattas, brioche, focaccia),
viennoiserie (laminated doughs, croissants, puff pastry),
breakfast pastries (muffins, cookies)
desserts (éclairs, mousses, cakes, pies, tarts ),
sandwhiches and focaccia pizza.
Full time positions, different shifts available.
