New French bakery opening in Concord/ Walnut Creek
Looking for experienced bread bakers / pastry cooks/ cooks who want to produce high quality pastries/ food,
without having to travel all the way to SF 😀 Easy commute from Oakland!
We have one location in SF and are opening a larger kitchen & pastry shop in Concord.
Our focus is on retail and wholesale production, delivering throughout the bay area.
All levels welcome to apply, entry level to experienced baker/pastry cook to Pastry Sous Chef level.
French/ American/ Asian influenced pastry & bread.
We'll be making fresh breads (baguettes, sourdoughs, ciabattas, brioche, focaccia),
viennoiserie (laminated doughs, croissants, puff pastry),
breakfast pastries (muffins, cookies)
desserts (éclairs, mousses, cakes, pies, tarts ),
sandwhiches and focaccia pizza.
Full time positions, different shifts available.
