We are a small meal prep company that does 2 days currently a week in the kitchen to prepare a few hundred meals for packaged home deliveries. Our menu consists of pre portioned healthy food for customers convenience and health.
Looking to hire 2 chefs/cooks that have commercial kitchen experience in preparing a large amount of food for a menu of 12-15 items at a time. These chefs would need to fit the following.
-Willing to work Sundays 5am to finish
-Willing to work Wednesday's 4pm to finish
-Ability to quickly prepare food and multitask in a commercial kitchen
-Work well with others
-Follow weight and portions of food for packaging and quality assurance
-Direct assisting staff in needs for overall completion of menu and recipes
