La Marcha Tapas Bar is looking for a strong, self-sufficient Lunch Server to join our team.
This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and can confidently run a shift on their own during the week, while also working as part of a team on the weekends.
Schedule:
- Weekdays: Lunch shifts (solo service)
- Weekends (Sat & Sun): Team service
- Start time: 9:30 AM or 10:30 AM (depending on shift)
- Out time: Typically between 3:30 PM – 4:00 PM
What You’ll Do:
- Host and greet guests
- Take orders and provide full table service
- Run food and manage timing
- Make drinks (wine, beer, basic cocktails)
- Handle the flow of the dining room independently during slower weekday shifts
- Maintain a clean and organized front-of-house
What We’re Looking For:
- Strong service experience (restaurant experience required)
- Ability to work independently and stay organized
- Comfortable wearing multiple hats: host, server, runner, bartender
- Great attitude and communication skills
- Reliable and punctual
La Marcha is a busy, well-respected Spanish tapas restaurant with a strong reputation in the Bay Area. We’re looking for someone who can hold down lunch service with confidence and represent the restaurant well.
