We are currently seeking an experienced and motivated Sushi Chef to join our team.
Sushi chef Responsibilities:
-Assist with ingredient prep and station setup
-Prepare basic rolls, sides, and garnishes
-Maintain cleanliness and organization
-Support other sushi chefs during service
Qualifications:
-Minimum 2 year of sushi experience (restaurant or sushi bar preferred)
-Knife skills and familiarity with fish handling
-Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
-Strong work ethic with attention to detail
-Ability to stand for long periods
-Positive attitude and willingness to learn
-Passion for Japanese food or culinary arts is a plus
