We are seeking a Front of House Manager.
1). Applicants must have a dynamic presence and be able to lead our staff in providing Japanese style service.
2). Must have a deep understanding of Japanese hospitality with a minimum 3–5+ years of restaurant management experience.
3). Must be passionate about izakaya culture and love serving others.
4). Must be bilingual in English and Japanese (at least conversational).
This is a fulltime position requiring availability on evenings, weekends, and holidays.
Compensation:
This full-time position offers a salary of 96,000 annual with two weeks paid vacation and a possible annual performance bonus.
