Revival Bar+Kitchen is looking for an experienced hot line expediter/food runner to help run our busy service.
Your duties will be to help organize the transfer of all food items from the kitchen to the floor staff, monitor quality and appearance of food, get food to tables, and keep things running smoothly during our busy dinners. You will be communicating directly with the managers and staff about item counts, 86s, and menu changes, and having occasional interactions with guests.
Applicants should be able to work three or four evenings per week, including Friday and Saturday nights. You must be able to track the timing and proper delivery of food items, be ready to do quick problem solving, and have ironclad organizational skills. Clear communication and a cool head under pressure are required.
You will be paid an hourly wage in addition to being included in the tip pool. Hours are generally about 5:30pm to 8:30pm, but may go a little longer on busy nights.
